The owner was knowledgable, but the employees who were assigned to help me had no idea what was going on. The stock was good enough that I will go back anyway.
If you're looking for the best selection of freshwater fish on the north side of the DFW metroplex this is the place. They have some saltwater fish but not as many. Their prices are reasonable and the staff are very knowledgeable. The parking and building aren't very good but that's about the only reason I can't give them 5 stars.
The owner is rude... has a wide variety but over charges... he pushes food product on you, and just because he has been in the fish industry for 20+ years doesn't mean he can't take a business class, poorly ran doesn't care if the customer is happy... will not be coming back to this pos scam house/ establishment.
Great variety of fish for purchase. We have had no fish die that we purchased here. I had an issue with my tank, brought a water sample in, and they tested it for free and instructed me on how to fix it. Worked great. They also have an excellent price on feeder goldfish.
Great service and Vincent was an amazing worker and helper he even took the heavy stuff to our car
